Since its opening in 2009 the 5-story Mall in Habtoor City Place quickly became one of the best malls in Lebanon and a favorite spot for families and friends.

Due to the societal and economic impact of COVID-19, the mall closed in March 2020.

Now, Triple Height a newly established company is opening the shopping center under a new name and new management: The Sooq Avenue.

The mall will retain its original charm and culture while adding new stores and entertainment opportunities. We will improve the 5-story building’s interior and work hard with a profesional management team, focusing on delivering a great customer experience.

Our company rents and sub-leases spaces for business owners.
